MySoft’s unique IT Shopping Cart also supports the ordering of IT services that require the user to provide location and configuration information such as network access, telephone service, email, disk array service, and LAN/WAN management. The MySoft IT Shopping Cart allows you to easily configure the forms the customer will use for each service, giving you greater control and reducing the time IT staff spends deciphering customer requests. MySoft’s IT Shopping Cart integrates a product catalogue that can include standardized product configurations as well as ad hoc offerings.
