Compco offers different approaches to deploy the powerful MySoft Service, Asset, and Financial Management software framework based on your needs.

Licensed. License the software for installation on your own physical or virtual server environment. You have total control over the application, integration to other applications, and system administration. The license fee is based on the number of concurrent users and the software applications you deploy. This option is ideal for organizations that have access to technical staff and/or want to fully integrate the solution with other enterprise applications.

Hosted. Compco hosts MySoft and you have SaaS access (Software-as-a-Service) to the applications from Compco’s secure server environment. Compco performs system administration activities such as backups and upgrades so that you do not need to allocate valuable staff time to these functions. As part of the hosted solution, Compco also offers a Managed system for call accounting and billing that allows you to outsource daily and monthly chargeback processing administration. With this option, Compco provides call detail and end of month chargeback processing, reducing the demand on your resources. The hosting fee is based on the applications you select and the number of concurrent users. This option is ideal for organizations that don’t have convenient access to technical staff or where technical staff is already fully committed.
