Change Management automates and documents the request, review, approval, execution, and archival of changes throughout the life cycle of the change. Access to incident, problem, and change history by customer, asset, configuration, and service helps to streamline the research and remediation processes.

MySoft’s Change Management works with the MySoft Service Management process to provide a completely integrated solution. MySoft’s Change Management:

  • Manages all changes in one database to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintains the status of approval, implementation, and verification processes.
  • Provides lists of open and/or closed requests.
  • Associates changes with specific assets/configurations.
  • Groups changes by one or more “change boards”, asset types, or other groupings.
  • Creates and emails change meeting agendas.
  • Allows searches on any field using the optional Mpower application.
  • Restricts access as necessary using the optional Mpower application.
