MySoft provides the tools to order, receive, deploy, return, and retire assets as well as stock inventory. You can increase purchasing power and lower support costs by centralizing purchasing and standardizing configurations. Customers can easily be charged back for purchases made on their behalf for incidents, projects, and service requests.

MySoft’s Inventory provides the ability to easily order items from vendors electronically. When items are delivered, they can be received into MySoft individually or as a complete order. If received individually, you can associate a serial number, asset/tag number, and maintenance information to each item. In addition, technicians can easily submit requests for out of stock items through the work order process.

Compco’s Inventory application can be populated manually, by importing records, or by using a wedge bar code scanner. The Bar Code scanner aids in ordering, receiving, and moving inventory stock.

• Data exported from a bar code scanner in a compatible ASCII format can be imported using our data import utility.
• Allows inventory on-hand and allocated values to be updated when the asset leaves the warehouse instead of having to wait until the work order is closed.
• Move one or more specific items (based on serial number) from one location to another.
