The Shopping Cart presents your customers with a central and standardized service catalog in a format that is easy to use and understand. Links to site defined content and tutorials help customers make informed decisions and reduce the number of questions that must be handled by the service desk.

When used with the Service Request application, you can leverage the standardized service catalog definitions which will maximize efficiency and increase accuracy of dashboards and management reporting.
