USER'S GROUP ANNUAL FORUM (2011)

The MySoft User’s Group Annual Forum is scheduled for June 5-8, 2011 at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN.  For those of you who have attended the past few years, this is across the street from the Marriott.

Registration Information: The early bird registration fee for the forum is $350 and is valid until March 31, 2011 (payment must be received by April 15, 2011). Beginning April 1, 2011, the registration fee is $425. All payments are due within 30 days of registration (no later than 10 days prior to the forum).  Early bird registration payments must be received no later than April 15th to receive the discount.  Click to access the registration form.  Your registration fee includes all meals and events listed on the agenda.

Payment Information: Registration fees can be paid by check or credit card. A $15 service fee will be added to all credit card payments to cover the cost of the Pay Pal fees. After receiving your registration an email will be sent to you with an invoice (for check payments) or PayPal request (for credit card payments).

Cancellation Policy: Please submit any cancellations via email as early as possible. Cancellations received prior to March 31, 2011 will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee (and service fee if paid by credit card). Due to guarantees and deposits that the group must make in advance, cancellations received April 1 - May 1 will be refunded at 50%. If you must cancel after May 1, we will be happy to transfer your registration fee to another attendee from your organization or issue a credit towards a future forum.

Hotel Information: The group rate at the Embassy is $144 single/$154 double (there are no additional charges for parking or wireless internet access). Tuesday Night Out: The Tuesday Night Out will be included as part of your registration fee. The Tuesday Night Out event will be a Riverboat Cruise with buffet dinner, cash bar, and DJ/karaoke.

Compco Academy: A variety of Compco Academy classes will be available Thursday and Friday after the forum.
