For example, the data fields needed to process a service request to add a data backup service are quite different from a request to add a new telecom service. Mpower Technology allows you to customize the pre-defined form templates for these services by rearranging fields, adding new fields, eliminating unused fields, renaming fields, requiring certain fields under certain circumstances and so on. When the Data Center staff access the Service Request they see the appropriate form for the data backup service. When the Network and Telecom Group see the Work Order the appropriate telecom view is provided.

Mpower Technology provides a robust, graphical development environment that allows programmers and non-programmers to customize MySoft forms, terminology, searches, help text, field validations, processes, and business rules. Site customizations do not limit your ability to apply Compco software releases and your customizations are always preserved through software upgrades.
