Hartford Hospital is among the nation’s leading health care providers according to U.S. News annual Best Hospitals ranking. In 2009 Hartford Hospital was named to the most wired and most wireless lists for the 3rd consecutive year (http://www.harthosp.org/NewsEventsClasses/HartfordHospitalNews/).

To increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs, Hartford Hospital is consolidating six separate IT Help Desks to create one consolidated enterprise Customer Care Center. The software evaluation team, lead by Mr. Benjamin Diaz, evaluated solutions from numerous providers and selected Compco’s MySoft Service Management solution.
